What time and temp is recommended?

*Please not this is only a recommendation. All heat presses vary as far as heat presses go. We recommend pressing at 400 degrees for 60 seconds for vibrant prints. We strongly recommend investing in a heat gun to get an accurate reading of your heat press. We are not responsible if your heat press burns the material.

Can I add or cancel my order?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but no orders will be allowed to add, or change once the order has been placed. Please carefully check your order upon placing we do NOT accept cancellations.

How often are restocks?

Our goal is to have restocks weekly, but as the demand continues to grow daily, we cannot guarantee that will happen. We can assure you though, we will restock ASAP.

When will you ship?

We will do everything we can to ship same day. However, we know that will not always be possible. Please allow up to 3 days for processing time.

My order is defective?

Attach a photo of the item and send it to customer service at: amandadenham2019@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
